The location is super close to the campus Griebnitzsee of the University of Potsdam, on a very beautiful lake. Also super close to the train station which can take you to Berlin or Potsdam centre. I stayed not on the main building, but in another one, however there is an underground tunnel connecting the two buildings which is very useful. The breakfast was really good and the restaurant locations is amazing. The buffet dinner also very good with a great selection.

Warm, comfortable room with lovely lake views.Staff were very friendly and helpful.Excellent location opposite the s- bahn.Very comfortable bar area.We went in January so too cold to sit out on the terrace - will be fab in the warmer months.

Helpful, English-speaking staff. Nice breakfast. Great location 30 seconds walk from Griebnitzsee station. Highly recommend. (I accidentally booked the wrong Potsdam Seminaris hotel and was able to cancel free of charge within 24 hours of my stay and rebook the right one - thanks Booking.com).

The room was new, comfortable and clean. The breakfast is better than many hotels; the coffee was nice. The restaurant of the hotel was near the river. So it has a wonderful view. The location of the hotel was very nice. I was attending a conference at the Uni of Potsdam, so it was the best location for that.

Very good location, very helpful staff, clean and nice room, great breakfast. I was able to borrow mobile charger from the reception without any hassle. Also, If you decide that you do now want your room cleaned, they give you a chocolate. Those are little things that make a difference.

Modern hotel overlooking lake across the road from S bahn station which is about 10 minutes from Potsdam and 30 from central Berlin. Quiet surroundings with balcony. Very extensive good breakfast. Good value ( was low season ).

the staff!!! specially an international girl who was always super helpful (I believe from South America), even when another member of staff made a mistake with my airport shuttle, she solved it straight away, so I could make it to the airport on time. On top she always had a smile for you! :)

Setup of the room with a door between the "kids area" and the parents room. Location with roof balcony was great. Breakfast was big and very nice set up. Loads of options!

Location is beautiful, especially a room facing the lake would be wonderful, then I would have rated 5, but since my room was on the other side of the road I gave a 4. Room was a suite room very nice, bathroom had a sky window which made it very bright. Breakfast was good for my expectation, not exceptional but was good food.
